Sunil Dhaka is a pioneer in the field of Information Security with over 30 years of domain experience. A graduate of the National Defence Academy and a specialist from the elite submarine cadre, he has represented the country on the Cyber Security Forum under the aegis of the Ministry of IT.

Sunil's experience in the corporate and multinational environments has provided leadership, built resilient information security frameworks and steered the security initiatives as CISO including that of the largest private bank in India - ICICI Bank.

At ARCON, Sunil is the Chief Operating Officer. He brings his vast experience providing thought leadership and world class support.

Vivek Ranka

Chief Technology Officer

Vivek Ranka is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at ARCON, managing the technology portfolio around Product Innovation & Engineering and Infrastructure Management.

Throughout his 21+ years career across djinie technovations Pvt Ltd, MSCI India and Oracle, he has been holding technology leadership positions and delivering highly scalable Big Data and Data Analytics solutions for Capital Markets and and Retail Technologies.

Mahinder Wadhwa

Chief Financial Officer  

Mr. M K Wadhwa is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at ARCON. He plays an important role in aligning the company’s capital structure with the company’s long term goals. He brings in a vast experience of over 3 decades in his various roles in the fields of Corporate and Business Finance.

Mr. Wadhwa is also on the board of 3 listed companies as an Independent Director & has extensive exposure both at corporate and operational levels. 

He is a Science Graduate and a Chartered Accountant. At ARCON, he will also play a strategist in aligning the internal business processes with the best in class.

Vinod Govindan

Head of Global Sales and Strategy

With more than 23 years of experience spanning different industries such as Fintech, Retail, Financial Services, GIS, Supply Chain & Logistics, Vinod brings significant leadership and entrepreneurial experience.

Primarily focused on advising, team building and enhancing team skills, he strives to drive business creation and expansion through market creation, solution crafting, demand generation, global business development and sales that deliver revenue growth, market share & market penetration.

Martin Scherrer

VP Business Development

Martin is driving business growth plans in Europe and Africa region. He has more than twelve years of experience in Business Development. Prior to joining ARCON, he headed sales team in various geographical regions including CEE, GCC and North Africa.

In his spare time, he trains football players, does skiing, watches ice hockey, travels etc. Martin speaks fluent German, French and English.

Nikhil Sanghavi

Director - Middle East

Sales guru, result oriented professional and a dynamic team leader, Mr. Nikhil Sanghavi brings in a vast experience of more than 16 years from the IT space. In his various positions held earlier, Nikhil has excelled in strategic business planning, market penetration activities and business development. A go-getter, he has created a niche for himself by successfully and consistently providing strong revenue and profitability growth to IT solutions and services providers in the Gulf Cooperation Council region. He is responsible for leading Sales and Operations in the Middle East region for ARCON.

Nihar Oza

Chief Marketing Officer

Mr. Nihar Oza is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at ARCON, he leads the marketing team leveraging on his wealth of knowledge and vast experience of 15 years in sales. In his earlier role, Nihar has been responsible in setting up the institutional sales business for a large banking and financial services company in Singapore. He was also the Vice President at Sharekhan for 7 years and was part of the online trading technology evolution. Nihar has held many leadership positions over the years and armed with a post graduate diploma in business administration in finance, he is very excited to create another success.

Zoher Mala

Vice President Sales, Americas

Mr. Zoher Mala is the Vice President of Sales for ARCON and is responsible for strategizing and spearheading the growth of the company in the Americas region. With over 15 years of experience, he specializes in the fields of IT Controls, Investigations, Business Process Controls, SAS 70 reviews and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Zoher is a Canadian, who has worked with PWC, Citibank and for clients across the globe viz. North America, Middle East & APAC. A Certified Fraud Examiner and CISA by profession, he also specializes in BFSI, Media & Entertainment and Logistic Industry. Zoher is a unique combination of being a technology and domain expert.

Manisha Maheshwari

Head Compliance 

Ms. Manisha Maheshwari is the Head Compliance at ARCON and handles all compliance, contracting and other legal matters for the company. Manisha is the most sought after person in the company whether it involves opening offices in a new geography or client agreements. She ensures that ARCON meets its obligations to its clients and partners across the globe.

She is certified company secretary and has nearly a decade of experience in matters related to Due Diligence, Foreign Direct Investment, Government Approvals, Listing Agreements, Securities and Exchange Regulations and Company Law.
