Anil Bhandari is an inspired innovator, technologist and thought leader in Information Risk Management.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, Anil’s area of interest has always been Enterprise-wide Risk Management. Anil started his career as a management consultant, serving in many sectors which ranged from engineering to commodities and from healthcare to IT/ ITES. Besides, he also led several M&A and Due Diligence teams on behalf of clients spanning several industry verticals, especially in the EU (European Union) region.

Over the years, his hands-on experience assessing risks a1cross data centers, networks, varied technology platforms, and core IT processes has shaped deep expertise in Information Security and GRC. This has enabled him to advise large enterprises on implementing innovative cybersecurity solutions and adopting best practices for critical functions such as BCP/DR.

Anil has consistently contributed to associations, forums, and has served on national and international committees focused on technology risk management and internal audit. Having also advised regulators (in an honorary capacity) on risk and compliance, he is regarded as a thought leader across Information Risk Management, Internal Audits, Regulatory Compliances, Forensics, and IT/ Cyber Security.

Since ARCON’s founding in 2006, Anil has served as Chief Mentor—guiding software engineers and product managers on product innovation and technology roadmaps. Much of his time is spent partnering with product teams to strategize and build robust risk-control solutions that address evolving information security challenges in the digital sphere.

Eleanor Meritt is a technology executive with more than three decades of experience building and scaling enterprise security and identity platforms used by organizations worldwide. She currently serves as President at ARCON, where she is responsible for driving product strategy, innovation, and global growth across the company’s converged identity security platform.

Prior to joining ARCON,Eleanor spent over 30 years at Oracle Corporation, where she held senior leadership roles across identity and security product development. During her tenure she led large global engineering and product teams and played a key role in the evolution of Oracle’s identity security portfolio, including identity governance, privileged access management, and modern cloud-based identity services.

Eleanor has deep expertise in identity governance, privileged access management, non human identity security, and emerging challenges created by AI agents and machine identities. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and works closely with customers and partners to help organizations modernize identity security and manage access risk across increasingly complex digital environments.

She is passionate about advancing identity as a foundational control for cybersecurity and enabling enterprises to secure both human and machine identities at scale.

After retiring from the Navy, he held senior corporate roles spanning automotive embedded systems, semiconductors, aerospace market research, and smart city / smart power management systems.
